RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-In is anytime after 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Check-Out is anytime prior to 11am. Late Check-Outs are not allowed and strictly monitored.

Deposits: Reservation of a unit requires that 100% of the rental fees be paid in advance through ReserveAmerica. Upon arrival, guests shall be required to issue a credit card, for authorization [not a charge], serving as a security deposit for keys and linens issued. Upon check–out, the full deposit amount will be refunded provided that all items are returned. Failure to return any item will result in forfeiture of the entire $50.

Number of People in Each Unit: The base price per night for each cottage or room is based on a maximum number of people for that rate. Most cottages and rooms will hold additional people. This system of pricing provides maximum affordability for our guests. The person named on the reservation must be present and must provide valid identification at time of check-in. He or she must list the number of adults and children staying in the unit. If the number of people exceeds the number listed on the reservation, an additional charge per person up to the maximum number of people allowed in that unit will be due at the time of check-in. All guests 4 years old and older will be counted as chargeable guests. Any party that falsely represents the total number of guests or exceeds maximum interior or exterior occupancy loads in any unit may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
